Samuel K. Freshman
Samuel K. Freshman, is Chairman of Standard Management Company which performs real estate acquisitions, bridge finance, and property management. He has been active in real estate investment for over 60 years as an attorney and investor. Sam is an expert witness in real estate, legal matters, finance, lecturer at the Stanford Law and Business Schools, and has been chairman of a bank, Title Company, and a theatre exhibitor. Sam is the Chairman Emeritus of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). He is also Co-Chairman of Bizfed SoCal Real Estate committee. Author of over 20 published articles, Mr. Freshman is the author of “The Smartest Way to Save” series about becoming rich on a modest income. His book “Principals of Real Estate Syndication” is considered the bible on the subject and “Never Be Old Enough to Know Better”, is a guide to living successfully. She is a contributor to respected publications like Huffington Post, and has been active in the real estate space since 2006, when she left a position as editor of the University of Georgia's Research Magazine to pursue real estate investing and create actionable, accessible content and analysis on the subject for investors at all levels of experience and income.
